He was named Rookie of the Year during his first year of sales, and he has continued to be a strong presence in Columbia real estate ever since. Winston works alongside his wife Sylvia and has two daughters; he is also a generous supporter of local charities and a patient mentor and motivator to his agents.

Welcome to North Carolina! After moving from NJ, my sister, Ann, and I obtained our real estate licenses here in NC and haven't looked back. We are proud to be living in the NC Triangle area and are familiar primarily with the areas of Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina. We grew up with real estate--our father was a building contractor/developer and our mother helped run the business. As children and young adults, we spent countless hours looking at real estate and on construction sites, and we continue to love doing this. 

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked as an estate planning attorney in NJ where I counseled clients regarding estate and gift tax planning matters. I coordinated and worked with financial, accounting and insurance professionals to implement plans and this skill continues today in working with real estate clients. I work with clients in selling their home for the best market price, finding that dream home or ideal investment property and coordinate with other professionals to secure legal representation, financing and insurance needs. I am also licensed in South Carolina.

Pat Gallant is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience serving the Charleston, South Carolina area. Originally from Portland, Maine, Pat began his academic journey at the University of Maine before transferring to the College of Charleston, where he earned degrees in Business and Hospitality. Drawn by his love of the outdoors and warmer climate, Pat made Charleston his home 16 years ago—a move he proudly calls one of the best decisions of his life.

Real estate runs in Pat’s blood. His mother, a lifelong realtor, introduced him to the industry at an early age.
